There is of course also the most popular game at PacificPoker.com in the form of Texas Holdem, but perhaps there is not quite a big enough flow of player traffic at PacificPoker.com to include less played games such as Five Card Draw. Five Card Draw could make a great addition to PacificPker.coms list of games onsite, although they would have to feel that they could fill the tables too.
Five Card Draw involves each player being dealt five cards each with a betting round taking place afterwards. Each player then has an opportunity to swap as many cards as they wish. After this ‘draw’ another betting round takes place before cards are shown. Normal five card pocker hand rankings apply.
PacificPoker.com do not have any plans to offer this game in the near future, although other games will almost certainly be introduced if player numbers continue to grow over the next few years. Poker rooms such as PacificPoker.com as well as all the big name poker rooms could embrace Five Card draw more considering it’s history as one of the first forms of modern poker, but games introduced to online poker rooms will always be based on demand. With or without Five Card Draw, Pacificpoker.com remain one of the better online poker rooms around.
